Your Guide to Winning

1. Redemption of ADATA Carnival raffle coupons is open to all registered ADATA A+ Members.

2. A+ Members may redeem ADATA Carnival raffle coupons at a rate of 100 A+ Points per coupon.

3. There is no limit to the number of coupons a member may redeem. However, redeeming more coupons does not guarantee winning.

4. A+ Points used to redeem raffle coupons are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reversed once redeemed.

5. There will be four (4) phases of the ADATA Carnival Raffle Draw:
   Super Celebration Draw (Jan 30 – Feb 28, 2026)
   Mega Celebration Draw (Mar 1 – Apr 3, 2026)
   Ultimate Celebration Draw (Apr 4 – May 3, 2026)
   Grand ADATA Carnival Draw (May 4 – Jun 12, 2026)

6. Raffle coupon accumulation resets after each draw phase. Prizes vary by phase and will be announced on the raffle coupon page and official ADATA Carnival event page.

7. Winners will be notified via their registered email. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. ADATA reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. ADATA reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent behavior, use of multiple accounts, or any activity that disrupts the fairness of the event.

10. ADATA shall not be held responsible for technical issues, system errors, network failures, or any circumstances beyond its control that affect participation or prize delivery.

11. All decisions made by ADATA regarding this activity, including winner selection and prize distribution, are final and binding.

12. ADATA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this activity at any time and retains the right of final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
