Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
1.1. This promotion (“Sweepstakes”) is open exclusively to new members who have never registered before and who successfully register on or after November 17, 2025 through the A+ Member Sign Up and Get Lucky campaign page.
1.2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.3. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Organizer”) and its subsidiaries, partners, or agencies are not eligible to participate.
1.4. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, fake, or incomplete registrations will be disqualified.
Promotion Period
2.1. The Sweepstakes begins on November 17, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier by the Organizer.
2.2. Each “Week” runs from Monday 00:00 (UTC +8) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC +8) during the promotion period.
How to Enter
3.1. Eligible participants automatically receive one (1) raffle entry upon successful completion of a new member registration during the promotion period through the A+ Member Sign Up and Get Lucky campaign page.
3.2. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
3.3. By registering, participants agree to the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and consent to the use of their registration details for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.
Prizes and Winner Selection
4.1. There will be one (1) winner per week (two (2) winners for the final week) selected via random draw from all eligible new registrations received during that week.
4.2. Each weekly winner will receive a USD 20 Amazon Gift Card (the “Prize”).
4.3. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) working days after each draw.
4.4. Winners must confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of receiving the notification email. Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
4.5. Gift cards are subject to Amazon’s standard terms and conditions.
General Conditions
5.1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant found to have tampered with the entry process or violated these Terms & Conditions.
5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
5.4. All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the Sweepstakes—including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment—are final and binding.
Liability and Disclaimer
6.1. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for:
- Late, lost, or misdirected registrations or communications.
- Technical errors, system failures, or network issues that prevent participation.
- Any misuse, theft, or loss of the gift card after it has been sent to the winner.
6.2. The Organizer’s total liability in connection with this Sweepstakes shall not exceed the total value of the prizes awarded.
Data Protection
7.1. Personal data collected during participation will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and for legitimate marketing purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. Participants may withdraw their consent for marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in Organizer communications.
Governing Law
8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
